Anamcara Sale
Conceived as an olfactory expression of true friendship, in collaboration with the Facebook fragrance group Eau My Soul, Anamcara is an exceptional Fruity-Floral-Woody composition based on precious natural ingredients. Its name means “soul friend” in Gaelic, a person to whom one would turn for life advice and spiritual guidance; the central idea was to create a fragrance that would unite people in spite of borders and barriers, by gracefully radiating aesthetic pleasure, emotional bliss, and clarity of mind.
For the opening, the perfumer chose invigorating Blood Orange and cuddly Orange Flower, accented by the delicate floral nuances of my own Freesia Accord. For the heart, she composed a Tea Accord and embellished it with Peach/Apricot tones, and comforting Madagascar Vanilla. The joyful Fruity Tea harmonically blends with the spectacular floralcy and inherent fruitiness of Tuberose, Rose de Mai, and night-blooming Jasmine. For the base, she opted for soothing woodiness: earthy Patchouli, meditative Cedarwood, and grassy Haitian Vetiver."
